SECTION 1. GAME RULES
1.1. These rules define the manner of conducting the Promotional Game “Ready to Travel” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) and regulate the relationship between the Organizer and the physical persons participating in the Game – Participants.
1.2. These rules are available on the website www.bulgariamall.bg during the Game period.
1.3. These Rules constitute the full set of rules governing the conduct of the Game and user participation. All issues not explicitly addressed herein shall be governed by the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
1.4. These Rules enter into force on 31.07.2025 and are valid for the entire Game period. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the Rules, with changes taking effect upon publication on the official page: www.bulgariamall.bg. If a Participant disagrees with any changes, they should cease participation in the Game.
1.5. By participating in the Game, Participants agree to comply with the conditions and provisions of these Rules.
The mechanism for winning a prize is described in Section 6 of these Rules.
SECTION 2. ORGANIZER
2.1. The Organizer of the Game is:
“BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD, UIC 205202538, with registered office and address: Sofia, Bulgaria Blvd. No. 69, floor 4, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2.2. The Organizer provides the technical and communication means to conduct the Game and draw the winning Participant, as well as to deliver the prize to the winner, as per these Rules.
SECTION 3. GAME PERIOD AND TERRITORY
3.1. The Game takes place on the Instagram channel of Bulgaria Mall.
3.2. The Game runs from 01.08.2025 to 07.08.2025.
The Organizer may shorten or extend the Game period at its sole discretion by amending these Rules and announcing it on www.bulgariamall.bg.
SECTION 4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
4.1. Persons employed under labor or civil contracts with the Organizer, as well as their family members (parents, spouses, and children), are not allowed to participate.
4.2. A Participant is any person who complies with all conditions and requirements of these Rules during the Game period.
If the Participant is underage, parental/guardian consent is a mandatory condition for participation (the Organizer does not monitor age during participation but may verify it upon awarding the Prize).
If a minor is selected as a winner, a written consent from a parent/guardian is required to receive the Prize.
4.3. By participating as specified in Section 5, the Participant agrees to these Rules.
Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
SECTION 5. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION, GAME MECHANISM
5.1. The Game is conducted on the Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/bulgariamall/
5.1.1. To participate, during the Game period, the Participant must from their Instagram profile:

– Tag another person with an active instagram profile in a comment under the game post
5.2. Participation in the Game is not tied to the purchase of products or services.– Follow the account:
5.4. Each person may participate an unlimited number of times by tagging different accounts but can win only one (1) prize.
5.6. The prizes are two (2):
- One (1) voucher from Punto, Bulgaria Mall worth 200 BGN.
- One (1) voucher from Soho Cafe, Bulgaria Mall worth 100 BGN.
SECTION 6. SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND PRIZE COLLECTION
6.1. The prize will be randomly drawn on 08.08.2025 by a representative of the Organizer, who will contact the winner via Instagram message.
6.2. Winners must collect their prizes in person from the respective stores in Bulgaria Mall after 09.08.2025. In case of a minor winner, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to collect the prize.
6.3. Prizes are collected only in person at Bulgaria Mall. BB69 is not obligated to send/deliver the prize to the Participant’s address.
6.4. If the Participant refuses or fails to collect the prize within the set period, it is considered forfeited.
6.5. The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize, product, service, or its cash equivalent.
SECTION 7. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION
7.1. Each Participant has the right to withdraw from the Game at any time without giving a reason.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Game at any time by informing Participants on the official site: www.bulgariamall.bg. No compensation is owed to participants for actions taken toward participation.
7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the Rules, with changes effective upon publication at www.bulgariamall.bg.
SECTION 8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Organizer is not responsible for damages incurred by participants during or in relation to the Game or for errors and/or deficiencies during its conduct.
8.2. The Organizer is not responsible for failure to meet obligations under these Rules due to force majeure or technical issues (e.g. internet disruptions), or third-party actions/inactions beyond the Organizer’s control.
8.3. The Organizer is not liable if the selected winner provided invalid, non-existent, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
SECTION 9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. These Rules are available at www.bulgariamall.bg throughout the Game period.
9.2. These Rules constitute the complete set of rules governing the Game. For all matters not explicitly covered, Bulgarian law shall apply.
9.3. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be in violation of the participation process.
9.4. The Organizer is not required to correspond with or consider complaints from non-winning participants.
9.5. Any disputes between the Organizer and Participants arising in connection with the Game shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If that proves impossible, disputes will be referred to the competent authorities.
SECTION 10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Organizer is the controller of personal data for the Game.
Data may be processed for up to 6 months after the Game ends, after which the data will be securely destroyed.
The processing of personal data is based on contractual obligations, the legitimate interest of the Organizer in promoting its activities, and legal compliance.
Data of all registered Participants may be used by the Organizer:
- To carry out the Game
- To notify the winner of the Game result
The Organizer processes the following data of the winner:
● Full name
● Instagram/TikTok profile
By registering, each person (on their own behalf and on behalf of represented individuals) confirms awareness of their rights under applicable data protection law.
The Organizer processes all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and only for the purposes for which it was collected.
Your rights regarding data include:
- Access: Confirmation and access to processed personal data and a copy of it.
- Correction: The right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Deletion: The right to request deletion of data if there is no basis to continue processing.
- Objection: The right to object to processing under the GDPR.
- Restriction: The right to request temporary suspension of processing under specific conditions.
- Portability: The right to receive or request transfer of data in a machine-readable format.
You may also withdraw your consent for specific data processing purposes. Upon receiving your request via the provided email/address of the Organizer, we will cease processing for those purposes unless there is a lawful basis to continue, in which case you will be informed accordingly.
