Visitor Regulations

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SHOPPING CENTER OR ITS SECURITY COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS AND/OR REMOVE FROM THE PREMISES ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES THESE RULES.

In addition to the Internal Rules of Bulgaria Mall, the following activities shall also be considered violations:

  1. Any action that is in contradiction with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or with standards of public decency.
  2. Soliciting money, donations, or other contributions, and conducting any commercial, organizational, promotional, or similar activity without prior written consent from the Mall’s management.
  3. Disrupting public order (e.g., loud or disturbing behavior, hooliganism), use of physical force, offensive language or gestures related to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or ethnicity; sexually suggestive behavior; inappropriate appearance including insufficient, torn, or dirty clothing, poor personal hygiene, or any conduct that may disturb other visitors or result in disorderly conduct.
  4. Unauthorized gatherings, group events, protests, petitions, strikes, or similar actions on Mall property.
  5. Taking video, photo, or other recordings without prior approval from the Mall’s management.
  6. Operating drones or any flying devices inside or around the Shopping Center.
  7. Damaging, destroying, or defacing property belonging to the Mall or found on its premises.
  8. Misuse or damage of safety and/or fire protection equipment. In case of damage or misuse, financial compensation may be required to restore the equipment to its original state.
  9. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed without adult supervision.
  10. Children under 14 are not allowed on the premises after 8:00 PM, and minors aged 14–17 are not allowed after 10:00 PM without an accompanying adult. Each visitor is responsible for the safety and supervision of the minors in their care.
  11. Running, skating, riding scooters, skateboards, bicycles, or other non-motorized vehicles inside the Mall, including in the underground parking levels, is prohibited.
  12. With permission from security, bicycles may be walked through the ground-floor common areas.
  13. Vehicles may only be parked in the underground parking facility. Vehicles with gas systems are not permitted.
  14. Access under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances is strictly forbidden. The use and distribution of such substances are also prohibited in all public and service areas, restrooms, and emergency corridors.
  15. Littering, leaving trash outside designated bins, rummaging through or collecting from bins (except by cleaning staff), is not allowed. Waste should be disposed of only in designated areas.
  16. Consuming food or beverages inside retail stores is not allowed.
  17. Smoking (including heated tobacco devices) is prohibited throughout the building and its adjacent outdoor spaces, except in clearly marked designated smoking areas.
  18. Sitting, climbing, or walking on railings, staircases, trash bins, or other areas not intended for seating is forbidden.
  19. Emergency exits and staircases are to be used only in the event of evacuation or emergency.
  20. Lying down or sleeping on seating furniture or inside the Mall’s restrooms is not permitted.
  21. Animals are not allowed inside the Mall, with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired persons.
  22. Tying animals, bicycles, or other items near entrances, stairwells, or anywhere on Mall property outside designated areas is not permitted.
  23. Leaning over, climbing, sitting, or walking on terrace railings is prohibited.
  24. Leaving personal belongings unattended is not allowed.
  25. The Mall assumes no responsibility for vehicles parked in the underground garage or for any personal belongings left in them.

Note: Bulgaria Mall management reserves the right to amend or update these Visitor Regulations.
The premises of Bulgaria Mall are monitored by a video surveillance system for security purposes.
