Parking at Bulgaria Mall is fast, convenient, and modern, thanks to a ticketless access system.
Upon entering and exiting the parking facility, your vehicle is automatically recognized by its license plate.
All visitors benefit from 2 hours of free parking within a 24-hour period. After this period, the following fees apply:
- 3rd and 4th hour – 2.00 BGN (1.02 EUR) per hour
- Each additional started hour after the 4th – 3.00 BGN (1.53 EUR)
The parking fee can be paid in cash or by card at self-service machines conveniently located on all parking levels:
- Level -1 – in the elevator lobby;
- Level -2 – in the elevator lobby;
- Level -3 – next to the travelator and in the elevator lobby;
- Level -4 – next to the travelator.
Cinema visitors can enjoy 4 hours of free parking by providing their vehicle’s license plate number at the cinema ticket counters.
The parking at Bulgaria Mall is designed with your comfort in mind – automated, secure, and easy to use, making every visit even more enjoyable.
Designated and clearly marked parking spaces for vehicles serving people with disabilities are available within the car park.
These spaces may be used only by vehicles that are currently transporting or serving a person with a disability and in which a valid parking permit for people with disabilities, issued by a competent authority, is displayed in a clearly visible place.
Parking in these designated spaces by vehicles that do not meet the above requirements, as well as the use of a permit that does not entitle the vehicle to use the space in the specific circumstances, is prohibited.
Where a violation is identified, Bulgaria Mall employees may document the incident, request that the space be vacated immediately and, where necessary, notify the competent authorities so that they may take action within the scope of their powers.
By entering the car park, each user agrees to comply with all road signs and markings, the instructions of Bulgaria Mall employees and the applicable car park rules.
