Designed by the international studio MYS Architects and realized with the participation of Bulgarian studio 17.5, Bulgaria Mall features four levels (from ground floor to +3) organized around a central atrium. This architectural solution ensures easy navigation and excellent visibility across all zones of the shopping center.
Natural Daylight
Natural light is a key feature. The glass roof, spanning 1,300 sq.m., is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. The specialized glass blocks infrared rays, maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature year-round and contributing to the building’s energy efficiency.
Spaces with Character
The interior is designed in light tones with elegant oval shapes and accent lighting. The organic curves, inspired by nature, create a sense of flow and harmony. The design successfully combines aesthetics with functionality.
A Multifunctional Retail and Business Center
The Bulgaria Mall & Bulgaria Towers complex includes the shopping center and two office buildings — Infinity Tower and North Tower. The total built-up area is 128,000 sq.m., with 33,000 sq.m. dedicated to leasable retail space.
