RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME “PLAY AND LEARN”

SECTION 1. RULES OF THE GAME

1.1. These Rules set out the manner in which the Promotional Game “Play and Learn” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is conducted and govern the relationship between the Organizer of the Game and the natural persons participating in the Game (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”).

1.2. The Game is part of the “Play and Learn” event, which takes place on the premises of Bulgaria Mall Shopping Centre. These Rules are available on the websites www.bulgariamall.bg and www.parentacademy.bg for the duration of the Game. The publication of the Rules on the website of Bulgaria Mall Shopping Centre is for informational purposes only and does not make “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD an organizer or co-organizer of the Game.

1.3. These Rules constitute the complete set of rules governing the conduct of the Game and participation therein. For all matters not expressly regulated herein, the applicable provisions of Bulgarian law shall apply.

1.4. These Rules shall apply throughout the entire period during which the Game is conducted. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend these Rules, with such amendments taking effect upon their publication on the following websites: www.parentacademy.bg and www.bulgariamall.bg. If a Participant does not agree with such amendments, the Participant must discontinue participation in the Game.

1.5. By participating in the Game, the Participants agree to comply with the terms and provisions of these Rules.

SECTION 2. ORGANIZER

2.1. The Organizer of the Game is “Fondatsia Tri” Foundation, UIC: 176834891, with its registered office and management address at 23 Tsar Boris III Blvd., Sofia, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

2.2. The Organizer organizes and administers the conduct of the Game, determines the winning Participant, and provides the prize in accordance with these Rules.

2.4. “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD, UIC 205202538, in its capacity as the operator of Bulgaria Mall Shopping Centre, acts solely as the host of the event and provides the venue for its conduct.

2.5. “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD is not an organizer or co-organizer of the Game, does not provide the gifts, does not determine the conditions for participation, and bears no responsibility for the conduct of the Game, the determination of the Participants entitled to receive a gift, or for the provision, type, quantity, quality, availability, or use of the gifts.

SECTION 3. DURATION AND TERRITORY OF THE GAME

3.1. The Game shall be conducted at Bulgaria Mall Shopping Centre as part of the “Play and Learn” event.

3.2. The Game shall take place on 15 September 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

3.3. The Organizer may change the duration of the Game by amending these Rules and publishing the amended Rules on the websites www.bulgariamall.bg and www.parentacademy.bg.

SECTION 4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

4.1. All natural persons who meet the participation requirements set out in these Rules may participate in the Game.

4.2. Persons employed by the Organizer under an employment or civil contract, as well as members of their families (parents, spouses, and children), may not participate in the Game.

4.3. By participating in the manner specified in Section 5 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to comply with the terms and provisions of these Rules.

4.4. Participation in the Game is voluntary and free of charge.

SECTION 5. CONDITIONS FOR CONDUCTING THE GAME

5.1. To participate in the Game, the Participant must answer a quiz question asked by the animator.

5.3. The animator shall have sole discretion in determining whether the answer given is correct.

5.4. Each Participant who correctly answers the question asked shall be entitled to receive one gift, subject to the availability of gifts at the time of participation.

5.5. No prior registration is required to participate in the Game.

5.6. Participation in the Game is voluntary and free of charge and is not conditional upon the purchase of goods or services.

5.7. Each Participant may participate only once and may receive no more than one gift.

5.8. The gifts may include small toys, cosmetics, books and/or other gift items provided by the Organizer and/or its partners.

SECTION 6. RECEIPT OF GIFTS

6.1. Each Participant who correctly answers the question asked by the animator shall be entitled to receive one gift, provided that gifts are available at the time of collection.

6.2. The gifts shall be provided by the Organizer, its representative, or a person authorized by the Organizer.

6.3. The gifts may only be collected in person and on site at Bulgaria Mall Shopping Centre.

6.4. Gifts may not be exchanged for another prize, product, or service, or for their cash equivalent.

SECTION 7. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

7.1. Each Participant shall have the right to terminate their participation in the Game at any time without stating any reason.

7.2. The Organizer shall have the right to terminate the Game at any time in the event of objective circumstances, including but not limited to technical, organizational, or force majeure circumstances, orders issued by competent authorities, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.

7.3. In the event of termination of the Game pursuant to Clause 7.2, the Organizer shall notify the Participants by publishing information on the websites www.bulgariamall.bg and www.parentacademy.bg or by any other appropriate means.

7.4. In the event of termination of the Game, the Participants shall not be entitled to compensation or reimbursement for any actions taken in connection with their participation in the Game.

SECTION 8. LIABILITY

8.1. The Organizer shall be responsible for the organization, administration, and conduct of the Game, as well as for the provision of the gifts in accordance with these Rules. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages caused to Participants during or in connection with the conduct of the Game, or for errors and/or deficiencies in the conduct of the Game.

8.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these Rules or for errors in the conduct of the Game due to force majeure circumstances or malfunctions in the equipment used for the Game (where such equipment is required), Internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances resulting from the acts or omissions of third parties or occurring through no fault of the Organizer.

8.3. “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD, in its capacity as the host of the event, shall not be liable for the organization and conduct of the Game, the conditions for participation, or the provision, type, quantity, quality, availability, or use of the gifts, nor for the acts or omissions of the Organizer, Participants, accompanying persons, partners, or third parties in connection with the Game, except in cases of culpable unlawful conduct on the part of “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD.

SECTION 9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. No registration is required to participate in the Game, and the Organizer does not collect personal data from the Participants for the purpose of providing the gifts, unless such collection is required in a specific case under applicable law.

9.2. In the event that personal data are processed in connection with the Game or the event, such data shall be processed in compliance with applicable personal data protection legislation, and the Participants shall be provided with the relevant information regarding such processing in an appropriate manner.

9.3. If photographs or video recordings are made during the event, visitors to the event shall be informed accordingly in an appropriate manner by the person organizing or carrying out such recording.

SECTION 10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1. All disputes between the Organizer and the Participants/consumers arising in connection with the Game as a whole shall be resolved in a spirit of goodwill through negotiations between the parties, and if this proves impossible, they shall be referred to the competent state authorities for resolution.
