Rules of Promotional Game “Unlock the Magic of Christmas”

SECTION 1. GAME RULES

1.1. These Rules determine the manner of conducting the Promotional Game “Unlock the Magic of Christmas” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) and govern the relations between the Organizer of the Game and the natural persons participating in the Game – the Participants.

1.2. These Rules are available on the website www.bulgariamall.bg for the duration of the Game.

1.3. These Rules constitute the complete rules governing the conduct of the Game and participation in it. For all matters not explicitly regulated herein, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.

1.4. These Rules enter into force on 01.12.2025 and apply for the entire duration of the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend these Rules, with changes becoming effective upon their publication on the official website: www.bulgariamall.bg. If a Participant does not agree with such changes, they have the right to terminate their participation in the Game.

1.5. By participating in the Game, the Participants agree to comply with the terms and provisions of these Rules.

The mechanism for winning a prize is described in Section 6 of these Rules.

SECTION 2. ORGANIZER

2.1. The Organizer of the Game is:

“BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD, UIC 205202538, with seat and registered address in Sofia, 69 Bulgaria Blvd., floor 4 (hereinafter referred to as “BB69”).

2.2. BB69 provides the technical and communication means for conducting the Game and drawing the winning Participant, as well as provides the Prizes for the winning Participants in accordance with these Rules.

SECTION 3. TERM AND TERRITORY OF THE GAME

3.1. The Game is conducted at the Bulgaria Mall Shopping Centre, located at Sofia, 69 Bulgaria Blvd. (“the Shopping Centre”), Ground Floor, Information Desk.

3.2. The Game is held from 01.12.2025 to 14.12.2025 (inclusive). The Organizer may shorten or extend the duration of the Game at its own discretion by amending these Rules and publishing the amendments on the official website of the Shopping Centre: www.bulgariamall.bg.

3.3. The Organizer announces the Game to the general public through its Instagram profile: https://www.instagram.com/bulgariamall/ and Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/BulgariaMall/

SECTION 4. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

4.1. Persons employed under an employment or service contract by the Organizer, as well as their family members (parents, spouses, and children), may not participate in the Game. Employees in stores within the Shopping Centre may participate, but they may not use a receipt from the store in which they work to participate.

4.2. A Participant in the Game is any person who, during the Game period, meets all conditions and requirements for participation described in these Rules.

If a Participant is a minor, the consent of a parent/guardian/custodian is an absolute prerequisite for participation (The Organizer does not verify the age of Participants at the moment of entry, but may verify these circumstances when determining the winners and awarding the Prizes.)

If a minor Participant is selected as a winner, written consent from a parent/guardian/custodian is required to receive the Prize.

4.3. By participating in the Game in the manner described in Section 5 below, the Participant accepts and agrees to comply with these Rules.

4.4. Participation in the Game is voluntary and free of charge.

SECTION 5. CONDITIONS FOR CONDUCTING THE GAME, MECHANISM OF THE GAME

5.1. To participate in the Game, during the Game period each Participant must:

(i) Make purchases of at least BGN 50 on a single receipt from stores in the Shopping Centre.

The amount of BGN 50 must be on one receipt but may include more than one product. Receipts for payment of mobile services to operators (A1, Yettel and Vivacom), utility bills, EasyPay and exchange offices do not participate in the Game.

(ii) Present their receipt at the Information Desk in the Shopping Centre from 10:00 to 20:00 from 01.12.2025 to 14.12.2025, upon which they will receive a participation slip, which they must fill in with their personal data and drop back into the box at the Information Desk;

(iii) Keep the receipt used to participate in the Game until the end of the Game period.

5.2. Participation in the Game is not tied to the purchase of products offered by the Organizer (if any).

5.3. Each person may participate in the Game an unlimited number of times.

5.4. By participating in the Game, the Participant grants the Organizer permission to publish their name solely in connection with the Game, as well as to publish announcements with their name on the Bulgaria Mall channels in case the Participant wins any of the Prizes.

5.5. Each Participant may request removal (cancellation) of their registration and participation in the Game at any time by sending an email to marketing@bulgariamall.bg.

5.6. The Prizes are:

1 pc – tablet iPad 11 / A16 from iCorner
4 pcs – voucher worth BGN 500 from Marc’o Polo

5 pcs – voucher worth BGN 300 from Motivi
1 pc – voucher worth BGN 250 from Ozone

SECTION 6. DETERMINING THE WINNERS AND RECEIVING THE PRIZES

6.1. Winning Participants will be determined by a random draw conducted on 15.12.2025 among all submitted participation slips, in the presence of a three-member committee.

6.2. For each Prize, one winner and one reserve will be drawn. If contact cannot be made with the winner within 5 days from the date of the draw or if the winner does not meet the requirements of the Game, the Prize will be awarded to the reserve.

6.3. A protocol will be prepared for determining the winning Participants in the manner described.

6.4. The winner will be announced on www.bulgariamall.bg and https://facebook.com/bulgariamall, and the selected winner will also be notified at the telephone number they provided.

6.5. Winning Participants receive their Prize in person at the Shopping Centre upon presenting identification and the receipt used to participate in the Game.

If the winner is a minor, written consent from a parent/guardian/custodian must be presented.

6.6. Prizes are received only on-site at the Shopping Centre; BB69 has no obligation to send/deliver the Prizes to an address specified by the Participant.

6.7. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items, goods, services, or their cash equivalent.

6.8. Upon awarding the Prizes, the Organizer has the right to photograph the winning Participants.

SECTION 7. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION

7.1. Each Participant has the right to terminate their participation in the Game at any time without stating reasons.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Game at any time due to exceptional circumstances and will promptly inform the Participants. In such cases, no compensation is owed for actions taken to participate in the Game.

7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend these Rules, with such changes becoming effective upon their publication on the official website: www.bulgariamall.bg.

SECTION 8. LIABILITY

8.1. The Organizer is not liable for any damages caused to Participants during or in connection with the conduct of the Game as a whole or for errors and/or deficiencies during the Game.

8.2. The Organizer is not liable for non-performance of its obligations due to force majeure circumstances, technical failures, Internet issues, or actions/omissions of third parties not caused by the Organizer.

8.3. The Organizer is not liable to winning Participants who provided invalid, nonexistent, incomplete, or incorrect data.

SECTION 9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a Participant upon identifying violations.

9.2. The Organizer is not obliged to correspond with or consider claims of non-winning Participants, including after the end of the Game period or for other similar reasons.

9.3. All disputes between the Organizer and Participants related to the Game shall be resolved in good faith through negotiations, and if this is not possible, shall be referred to the competent authorities.

SECTION 10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Organizer of the Game is a personal data controller. It is responsible for processing the collected personal data and for compliance with applicable legislation.

names; address; telephone; email address; ID card data (only for BB69), including PIN/PNF; photo/video image.

By completing the registration, each person (on their own behalf and on behalf of the persons they represent) confirms that they are aware of the right for their personal data to be processed in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions.

The Organizer guarantees that each Participant may submit an inquiry regarding the storage and management of their personal data and may object to their processing or request correction or destruction by submitting a written request to the Organizer. The Participant must provide accurate identification data when sending an inquiry or notification to withdraw consent.

The Organizer processes all personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and only for the purposes for which they were collected, providing the data to processors and state authorities in legally provided cases and not providing data to recipients in third countries.
