Bulgaria Mall & Bulgaria Towers continue to implement their long-term sustainability strategy by completing the installation of a photovoltaic system. The project is part of the complex’s efforts to follow global environmental trends and implement solutions that reduce its carbon footprint.
The system, delivered by Solar Front over a period of six months and commissioned in March, generates energy entirely for the needs of the business complex. With a capacity of 408 kWp, it is expected to produce an annual amount of energy equivalent to the consumption of approximately 150 households. The project aims to optimize the energy mix of the shopping center and the two office buildings and is part of the management’s consistent efforts toward more environmentally responsible resource management.
A Sustainable Approach
The installation of panels on the rooftop areas of the shopping center is a natural continuation of the Bulgaria Mall & Bulgaria Towers policy to reduce carbon emissions. It brings multiple benefits—from a cleaner urban environment to achieving high sustainability standards, which are increasingly important in today’s corporate and economic landscape.
