“Lucky Mail Giveaway”
SECTION 1. RULES OF THE GIVEAWAY
1.1. These Rules define the procedure for conducting the promotional giveaway “Lucky Mail Giveaway” (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway”) and govern the relationship between the Organizer of the Giveaway and the individuals participating in it (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants”). 1.2. These Rules are available on the website www.bulgariamall.bg throughout the Giveaway Period.
1.3. These Rules constitute the complete terms and conditions governing the Giveaway and participation therein. Any matters not expressly regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
1.4. These Rules shall enter into force on 02.11.2026 and shall remain valid throughout the Giveaway Period. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend these Rules, with any amendments taking effect upon their publication on the official website www.bulgariamall.bg. If a Participant does not agree with such amendments, they must discontinue their participation in the Giveaway.
1.5. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to comply with the terms and provisions of these Rules.
SECTION 2. ORGANIZER
2.1. The Organizer of the Giveaway is “LUCKY MAIL” EOOD, UIC 208645065, with its registered office and address of management at 19 Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Entrance V, Floor 11, Apartment 31, Plovdiv, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2.2. The Organizer is responsible for organizing and administering the Giveaway, selecting the winning Participants, and awarding the Prizes in accordance with these Rules.
2.3. The Giveaway is conducted in partnership with “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD, UIC 205202538, with its registered office and address of management at 69 Bulgaria Blvd., Floor 4, Sofia, Bulgaria, owner of Bulgaria Mall shopping center (hereinafter referred to as the “Partner”). The Partner provides its Instagram and TikTok profiles and the website www.bulgariamall.bg solely for announcing the Giveaway and publishing these Rules and is not an Organizer of the Giveaway.
2.4. The Partner shall not be responsible for the provision, origin, contents, condition, quality, or delivery of the Prize, nor for the selection of the winning Participants. All claims relating to the Giveaway and the Prize shall be addressed to the Organizer.
SECTION 3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD AND TERRITORY
3.1. The Giveaway is conducted through the Instagram and TikTok profiles of Bulgaria Mall and Lucky Mail and is intended for Participants residing in the Republic of Bulgaria.
3.2. The Giveaway shall take place from 02.11.2026 to 05.11.2026, inclusive.
3.3. The Organizer may change the Giveaway Period by amending these Rules and announcing the changes on www.bulgariamall.bg.
SECTION 4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
4.1. All individuals aged 18 or over residing in the Republic of Bulgaria who have fulfilled the participation requirements set out in these Rules may participate in the Giveaway. Individuals under the age of 18 may participate only if the conditions set out in Clauses 4.3 and 4.4 below are cumulatively fulfilled.
4.2. Individuals employed under employment or civil contracts by the Organizer or the Partner, as well as members of their families (parents, spouses, and children), are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
4.3. If a Participant is under the age of 18 (eighteen), the consent of a parent, custodian, or legal guardian is an absolute prerequisite for participation in the Giveaway.
4.4. If a Participant under the age of 18 (eighteen) is selected as a winner, the Prize may only be collected in person in the presence of a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent.
4.5. By participating in the manner specified in Section 5 of these Rules, the Participant agrees to comply with the terms and provisions of these Rules.
4.6. Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and free of charge.
SECTION 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
5.1. To participate in the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period, each Participant must, using their personal Instagram or TikTok profile:
· Post a comment under the Giveaway post stating what they would like to find inside the box.

An entry shall be considered valid if all conditions under this Clause 5.1 have been fulfilled within the Giveaway Period.
5.2. Participation in the Giveaway is not conditional upon the purchase of any products or services.
5.3. Each individual may participate with no more than 3 (three) comments under the Giveaway posts across Instagram and TikTok combined, with each comment constituting a separate entry. Comments exceeding this limit shall not be considered valid entries. Each
individual may win only 1 (one) Prize in the Giveaway. Comments from fake or automated profiles, as well as spam comments, shall not be considered valid entries.
5.4. The winning Participant shall be selected from among all valid entries submitted via Instagram and TikTok.
SECTION 6. PRIZES
6.1. The Prize consists of 1 (one) box containing 10 kg of undelivered parcels.
6.2. The Prize contains unclaimed/undelivered parcels legally acquired by the Organizer. The contents of the parcels are unknown and random. The Organizer does not guarantee any specific contents, value, brand, condition, or fitness for use of the items contained therein.
6.3. The Organizer guarantees that:
(a) It has the legal right to dispose of the parcels;
(b) The Prize does not contain items whose distribution is prohibited or restricted by law, medicinal products, food, weapons, hazardous substances, or content unsuitable for general distribution.
6.4. The Prize must be collected personally by the winning Participant exclusively at the designated location, under the conditions and within the deadlines specified in Section 7.
SECTION 7. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND COLLECTION OF PRIZES
7.1. The winning Participant and 1 (one) reserve winner shall be selected at random on 06.11.2026 by a representative of the Organizer from among all valid entries, using an online random selection tool. The winning Participant shall be notified via a direct message on Instagram or TikTok immediately after the draw, and their username shall be announced on the profiles where the Giveaway is conducted.
7.2. If the winning Participant is under
7.3. The winning Participant shall collect the Prize in person on 07.11.2026 (Saturday), during the Organizer’s event at Bulgaria Mall, after verifying that they are the holder of the winning profile.
If the winning Participant fails to appear before the end of the event on 07.11.2026, they shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and the Organizer shall notify the reserve winner, who may collect the Prize in person on 08.11.2026 (Sunday), during the Organizer’s event, under the same conditions.
If the reserve winner also fails to appear, the Prize shall not be awarded, and the Organizer reserves the right to organize a new Giveaway for its distribution.
7.4. The Prize may not be exchanged for another physical prize, product, service, or its cash equivalent.
SECTION 8. WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTICIPATION
8.1. Each Participant has the right to withdraw from the Giveaway at any time, without providing a reason, by deleting their comment from the Giveaway post on Instagram or TikTok.
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway at any time by promptly informing Participants through the website www.bulgariamall.bg. In such cases, Participants shall not be entitled to compensation.
SECTION 9. LIABILITY
9.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages suffered by Participants during or in connection with the Giveaway, or for errors and/or deficiencies in its conduct. This limitation shall not apply to damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
9.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Rules due to force majeure circumstances, technical failures, internet connection interruptions, or actions/omissions of third parties for whom the Organizer is not responsible.
9.3. The Organizer shall not be liable to a selected winning Participant who has provided invalid, non-existent, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
9.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for content published by Participants in violation of applicable legislation or these Rules.
SECTION 10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
10. All disputes between the Organizer and Participants arising in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved in good faith through negotiations between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court for resolution.
SECTION 11. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
11.1. The Organizer, “LUCKY MAIL” EOOD, UIC 208645065, with its registered office and address of management at 19 Koprivshtitsa Blvd., Entrance V, Floor 11, Apartment 31, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, is a data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
11.2. The Partner, “BUL. BULGARIA 69” EAD, acts as a data processor on behalf of the Organizer within the meaning of Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, insofar as Participants publish comments under the Giveaway post on its profiles. The Partner processes personal data solely for the technical and organizational support of the Giveaway, following the documented instructions of the Organizer, and without the right to use such data for its own purposes.
11.3. The Organizer processes Participants’ personal data only to the extent necessary for:
· Organizing and conducting the Giveaway;
· Verifying compliance with the participation requirements;
· Selecting the winning Participants;
· Fulfilling applicable legal obligations, where such obligations arise.
11.4. For the purposes of the Giveaway, the Organizer may process the following categories of personal data:
· Instagram or TikTok username;
· Data contained in the comment under the Giveaway post;
· In the case of a winning Participant who is a minor, data relating to their parent, custodian, or legal guardian, insofar as necessary for collecting the Prize.
11.5. Personal data is processed on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — the legitimate interest of the Organizer in conducting the Giveaway.
11.6. Personal data shall not be processed for purposes incompatible with those of the Giveaway. If the Organizer intends to use the winning Participant’s personal data for additional marketing or publicity purposes, this shall be carried out only where an appropriate legal basis exists, including explicit consent where required.
11.7. Personal data shall be retained for up to 6 (six) months after the final conclusion of the Giveaway, unless applicable legislation requires a longer retention period.
11.8. Upon expiry of the period specified in Clause 11.7, personal data shall be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, unless there is a legal basis for its continued retention.
11.9. Each Participant has the right:
· To access their personal data;
· To rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
· To request the erasure of their data where the legal conditions are met;
· To restrict processing;
· To object to processing based on legitimate interests;
· To lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) if they believe that their personal data is being processed in violation of applicable legislation.
11.10. Participants may exercise their rights under Clause 11.9 by submitting a written request to the Organizer at the following address: Organizer’s email address: luckymail.bg@gmail.com
