Marketing Expert (Maternity Cover Role)

We are looking for a replacement for a multidisciplined marketing professional. The person that we desire to join our team should be ready to multitask and easily hop on and off topics – such as communications with tenants and subcontractors; creating partnerships; planning events and community engagement programs and etc. Yes, it is demanding, but we will give you a great opportunity to learn, develop and improve your talents, build new skills, and get an excellent understanding of what it takes to be a first-class professional in real estate.
The future addition to the brilliant team of Bulgaria Mall & Bulgaria Towers should be:
- With at least 3 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Communications;
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field;
- Experienced in social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager;
- A virtuoso in PowerPoint and/or Canva – meaning you can make our stakeholders shiver with excitement by presenting figures, graphs, and visuals in a unified masterpiece;
- Experienced in organizing offline and online events and campaigns related to fashion, entertainment, education, sports, and community engagement;
- Capable of clear communication with clients, vendors, and peers;
Soft skills are as important as professional experience. So, our dream team future colleague should be:
